Please return the Sign -up Sheet to your advisory teacher by Tuesday, November 13.

1. Before you fill out the Enrichment Sign-Up sheet, please read the Enrichment Descriptions.
2. Enrichment begins at 2:30 and ends at 3:15. Please arrive on time. Instructors will take attendance and record tardiness. NOTE: some Enrichments run later, please read the class descriptions for details.
3. Each student should sign up for one Independent Study per week. Permission to attend additional I/S days, or a waiver to be excused, must be obtained from your advisory teacher. Please contact me if your child has a continuing early release need (ex: religious ed or Hebrew school)
4. Some activities may require a lesson fee and a completed application form. All forms will be distributed early next week.
5. Please ensure all forms and fees are returned to Ms. Galiel prior to the first lesson. 
6. 7th & 8th graders must choose one of the "Vive le francais" offered on Mon, or Friday. 

1. Students who wish to change their schedule may do so during the first week of each Enrichment term, depending on the availability of space.
2. All requests to transfer must be made during advisory time and recess, by writing a note to me in the notebook on the Enrichment Table.
3. Temporary transfers are not permitted.
4. Students must adhere to their Enrichment schedule. Any other work (re-tests, late or missing work, and exhibition projects) must be completed during class time, recess or after school.
5. Please check the Enrichment board each day for the location of classes and/or substitutions for cancelled classes.
6. Please make every effort to submit the supply fees for the first day of class. You may give them to Ms. Galiel.
