Enrichment Sign-up Instructions

Sign-ups close Thursday, March 12th @ 4pm.

  1. Before you sign-up, please read the class descriptions located on the school’s web site at marbleheadcharter.org (click on Enrichment). Please tell your advisory teacher if you do not have access to a computer and need a hard copy of the descriptions.
  2. Enrichment begins at 2:30 and ends at 3:10. Please arrive on time. Instructors will take attendance and record tardiness. NOTE: some Enrichments run later, please read the class descriptions for details.
  3. Each student should sign up for one Independent Study per week. Please contact me if your child has a continuing early release need (ex: religious ed or Hebrew school)
  4. Some activities may require a lesson fee and a completed application form. All forms will be distributed early next week. Please ensure all forms and fees are returned to Mrs. Wright prior to the first lesson.
  5. Please make every effort to submit the supply fees for the first day of class. You may give them to Mrs. Wright.
  6. Students who wish to change their schedule may do so during the first week of each Enrichment term, depending on the availability of space. (Students who wish to tryout for a team, may switch enrichments later in the term.)
  7. All requests to transfer must be made during advisory time and recess, by writing in the notebook on the Enrichment Table.
  8. Temporary transfers are not permitted.
  9. Students must adhere to their Enrichment schedule. Any other work (re-tests, late or missing work, and exhibition projects) must be completed during class time, recess or after school.
  10. Please check the Enrichment board each day for the location of classes and/or substitutions for cancelled classes.
