Board of Trustees' Meetings and Minutes 09-10
This page contains the schedule of regular monthly Board of Trustee meetings, as well as the Minutes from Board meetings. Regular meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of each month during the School Year and are held in the Community Room of the School. Special and Emergency Meetings are called when necessary.
The Regular Meetings of the Board of Trustees will be held on the following dates for the 2009 -2010 Academic Year. Special and Emergency Meetings will be posted on the School Calendar as soon as possible.

Special Meetings of the Board of Trustees are called occasionally to handle business that cannot wait until the next regular meeting. Special meetings are called by the Chair, and must be publically posted in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. For the 2009 - 2010 Academic year, the Board of Trustees conducted two Special meeting, held on October 15, 2009
and on April 15, 2010.
Minutes labeled DRAFT have been compiled, but not yet reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees. They are working documents and subject to revision before final approval by Trustees.
