Since arriving in July of 2019, I have learned so much about our wonderful community and our school. Marblehead Community Charter Public School is a special place. Over the course of our five year program of study in grades four through eight, students gain important life skills and grow as scholars and citizens. There is a strong foundation in place and over the coming years we will build on this foundation.
Following a six-month entry plan of listening to and learning from our community, we have set course on realizing the goals in our 2020 Strategic Plan and the vision for our bright future. We will mark 2020 as our 25th year with a celebration. We will also look to expand our programs in the performing arts, visual arts, and music. This work will compliment our project-based learning structures. Students will head to high school with the skills they need to be successful in whatever high school they attend.
We will also work hard to strengthen our core. We will continuously reflect, refresh, and innovate our practices. I look forward to partnering with you to help us succeed.
